how is this solar motion light quality?

I don't know if you're asking how well motion sensor works or if you're asking about the brightness of the light so I'll answer both. They're both great! the motion sensor will pick up movement 6-8 feet away and light up. I have it pointing straight down so that it doesn't keep getting lit when my neighbors walk by (we have a shared walkway), if you angle it it will pick up motion from father away. The light itself is a very bright white light, a utility light as opposed to patio lights that tend to have more of a warm or yellowish light. Lastly, it's a clip on and the clip is very strong. I live in a canyon where we get strong wind gusts and it hasn't budged once. I highly recommend it.

Can you replace the battery? I don't see any where on the light for a battery compartment

Turn off unit by pressing the tiny white button beneath the sensor until the unit does not light. Unscrew the teeny 4 screws in each corner, gently pry open/up the LED panel, carefully remove, use a non-metal tool to pry the battery out. Replace battery, snap the LED panel back into place, reinstall the 4 screws. Go to go for another 500, or so, recharges!

Can you replace the battery?

yes, you can replace the battery, it takes a regular 18650 rechargeable lithium ion battery (no tabs) you can access the holder by removing the 4 Philips head screws in the corners of the LED side and lifting it carefully (wires are plenty long enough)

Is there option to keep it on at night?

Honestly, I don't remember. I think there's a timer setting where it comes on at sunset but I can't promise it as I threw away the manual once I put my lights were I needed them. I use the motion sensor setting which works perfectly without being annoying, it's a very bright white light (not a warm mood light). I don't like it on all the time. Which the motion sensor I know if someone is approaching my home because the lights come on.
