I have ordered it today so cannot comment on the quality of product. But I was reading the label where in Recommened usage,it is mentioned for men in brackets??Can you explain.I have attached the picture for reference.

Probiotics are amazing as they are like a second brain in the body, it regulates everything you eat, helping the bacteria to get the most vitamins from the food we actually eat, and to keep the healthy bacteria alive, I always try the brands for a couple of months looking for a better results, you will notice a better skin and mood as you stomach processes better the food, higher quantity of the healthy bacteria in the stomach the better, follow indications and use it regularly for a couple of months some vitamins take a couple of days of weeks to be effective
