Needed this to hook an old monitor up to my computer. Underestimated the length though, the cord didn’t really feel like 3ft. But that’s mostly my error I believe. The quality is good and sturdy. I’ve had some monitor glitches but I think that’s just monitor that’s like 15 years old or so. Other than that it works perfectly.

I’ve refurbished a few older computers to pass out to others in need. It’s surprising how well Windows 10 runs on six to eight year old systems. I’ll include an appropriate connector with each one. I ran out of my stash of DVI cables and needed one to hook to my test setup’s monitor. Works great for that purpose. Also because it’s too short to reach most desktop systems, I’m sure it won’t walk away.

These work as intended. I love the varied lengths available for specific purposes. I wanted to only give 4 stars instead of 5 due to the wide construction. However, I'll rate the true source of that issue down. I am using these for connection to a duel screen setup through a KVM switch. The connections on KVM switch are tight, so these did not fit without first trimming some plastic away from each side of every other DVI cable with a knife. Other than than, these work great.

Good quality DVI cable. Appears pretty durable and worked right out of the box and was decently priced.

This cable is much shorter that the regular 6' ones and therefore is great for a desktop PC where you do not want a lot of excess cable laying around. It's also Dual Link which is important for most modern video cards and monitors.

Laptop port allows dual monitors, but has to use different connectors. My main monitor is on HDMI, so I found an old monitor at Goodwill with VGA and DVI. Just tested the connection and it came right up.

I wanted a short DVI cable because I only need to connect a monitor and docking station near to each other - didn't want an extra length of cable coiled up on the desk. Result: it works fine so I'm happy with it.

I have 2 modes of using my monitor cable. For work related stuff i have to use a converter to go from dvi-d to a usb-c connection. This did not work with this cable.For my gaming pc (Dvi-D to Dvi-D) it worked just fine.
