Holds pained area. Stays in place for allocated time. A little hard to get off but it’s just like a bandage wrap it off lol. I find it really does help.

Good product which could stay even few days stuck on your back…

Long standing shoulder blade pain nothing helped at all but I feel these are giving some relief. Tricky to put on due to being so thin. But the heat oucccch!!!! I think I might be forgetting the pain & just focusing on the burning of the pad lol

so dangerous it burns the skin and dosnt help with any pain it causes

My friend recommended using the plasters when I injured my back and they are brilliant. The plasters stay in place and stay warm for a long period of time.

I thought I'd try these instead of Salonpas that I usually use. On the plus side, they are a good size and price, they last up to 24 hours and certainly offer pain relief. On the negative side, they can only be used for 24 hours, then you have to leave at least 48 hours before you can apply another one, so two more days of pain. The first time I used one it left my skin a little itchy, the second time it was sore, the third time it gave me an itchy rash. This was over a period of two weeks so I left my skin time to recover..This was using the plaster on my back, I have used one on my ankle with less irritation. I think these would be helpful if you have a temporary painful area but not for long term pain.

They seem to be working at the moment so i hope they continue.

I had high hopes for these patches but sadly they were a let down. They have no stretch to them so you can’t adjust it at all. Trying to take it of was very painful and it has taken some of my skin off too. On the other hand it did ease my rotary cuff shoulder pain but it’s not worth the pain and stinging of my skin.
