Camera works great and very clear. I installed one in my back yard and one in the front. Shortly after I purchased them I ran into a problem with the cloudedge app there was some technical difficulties so I reached out to customer service on Facebook and they got back with me in a timely manner and fixed the issues with the cloudedge app very fast. I recommend this product to whoever wants to save money on home security systems you have the comfort of knowing your home is safe with one click of a button. The app needs a few tweaks like a button to notify the police, fire department or and Ambulance that would be awesome.

This stuff doesn’t work unless it’s warm and sunny wont link at night battery life short the same brand in the house works fine I have solar add on for charging and WiFi extender everything else in house works fine except for this Crap don’t buy

I don't usually write reviews, but I owe the customer representative who helped me a favor. I'm writing this review because I feel ZOSI customer service had gone above and beyond to help me with a warranty replacement. ZOSI customer service provided assistance thru the whole return process and kept me updated. I dropped off the return at a UPS locker and it appeared lost. ZOSI was able to track it down and resolve my problem for me. The back and fourth communication great and made me feel valued and satisfied. The camera is actually very good as well. Very easy to set up and use with the phone app. I have no complaints about it at all, only praises. I actually bought 2 more. By the way, the customer service representative who helped me is Slina. Thank you!!!

This camera is a great way to get motion detecting cameras in places with no power outlets. Super easy to install and set up. Picture is great quality and range is excellent.However, by no means is this capable of detecting human figures. It picks up horses, cars and cats. Sometimes wasps, and I have a really cute clip of a bird... To watch over my barn I had to switch to powered cameras and NVR; luckily there was an outlet there so I could.The battery life could be better, though I can't help but ignore the directions to keep it away from high traffic areas. I'd have to avoid the main approach to my house, which would be impractical. I'd also suggest turning off motion sensing if the camera is facing trees on a windy day.

I have bought 6x ZOSI security cameras and being using them for years, and today I found one camera has an issue, but ZOSI customer services always standing behind their products when I tried to contact them. With the help of super Cathy (ZOSI customer services) my issue is quickly resolved "less-than-one-day", thanks Cathy for all of her works - 5 stars! I am very happy with ZOSI products and highly recommended in term of hi-tech and services.

No instructions, no support, buggy as heck. Remote / laptop software is worthless.Get ready for hours of frustration.Everyday a new issue , today's camera ones password no longer works. And of course "no technical support available "Good luck.9 month update!Well, the entire system is down. Workless technical support, actually lied to me and instead of sending me I return tag as promised 3 days later I got another idiotic obviously silly troubleshooting step, did that did absolutely nothing and I am still down with no return tag. And no response.

Great security camera. I bought this to eliminate blindspot between the garage and front door. I don't use the motion detection because it runs down the battery. Therefore, the battery last for about 4 months before recharging. Night vision is very clear. Overall, you can't beat the price this cam compared to others.
