Great value. Good sound, good looks.
For the price, these are great as PC speakers. They are of course not comparable to real studio monitors but the sound is relatively flat. Mild over tones from low frequencies. They look great and they don't take up too much room. The operation is set it and forget it. They have been on for about a year now without issue.

Great quality, great sounding, and great value.
Paid about $60 (amazon discount sale) to use along a $100 projector. Sound out of any projector is going to be poor. The projector has Bluetooth capabilities and so does these Sanyun speakers. After hooking things up and playing a few Netflix and YouTube, I’m very happy with the results of this setup considering how little I paid. The speakers are very good quality. Solid feel physically and the sound is very loud. The treble output is good. The bass is decent for what the price of the speakers. You want bass where air or the ground is trembling you’ll have to pay a much higher price. On a scale of 1-10 with price being a factor I’d give these speakers a (8.5).

Nice!
owned about 2 weeks. wanted something small portable, like my old anker sound core 2 which died out within 1 yr 6 months. Price wise, not bad. HOping this will survive 2-4 years at least.. 5 stars then if it does. I hate having to replace speakers if its yearly or 2 years... as I have several other USB speakers which survived many years.. Goes prety loud. I wasnt expecting much for the price, was expecting like cheap USB speakers quality, goes loud as compared to my anker, Theres actual "BASS" to this.. even when compared to my samsung Tower MX which is loud too.. While when compared to bass of my sound core 2 mini speaker(sound bar type) (has base but not enjoyable when loud) WHile I did not try full blast, wasnt sure if it would damage speakers or not. I notice can adjust total volume depending on app, as some apps will limit total volume. Sound clarity/voice could go louder tho, as the bass will interfere a bit, may need to adjust lower. Seems like a limit. If I look at the clarity/voice sound on my older cheap USB pioneer portable speakers, they go prety loud but without the bass tho, same with my anker as well.. The Sanyun, makes it sound "louder with bass/treble", without the clarity. Its not bad or anything. Good speakers. Just hard to describe. I probably need to try different book shelf ones at the same price range. While its USB connected, with its own power cord which is good. Havent tried the bluetooth.. prefer the USB, as its for my main PC. They are good speakers, didn't realize book shelf speakers could be this good. You can even feel the "air" that the bass pushes out of the back hole. if you put it against the wall or table or such, and at higher volume, you can feel the bass through it.

Great sounding speakers for a low price.
These speakers being affordable do have a good sound to them. If your looking for thumping bass, these aren`t for you. The sound is clear, and music is not brassy sounding, and do get quite loud. They look very nice on top of my computer desk.

5 Stars, if you use the right input...
Excellent sounding speakers, especially for the price. The one problem I was having initially was using it via a USB connection - I was using a MacBook Pro connected to my monitor (ASUS ProArt PA279CRV 27" 4K). The volume was really hard to control, as MacBooks volume controls via the keyboard increases in increments of about 7 "notches". I couldn't turn it down low enough for my office environment without turning it completely off, so I switched over to the included analog cable from the monitor and it works great now. If you have trouble, hold down the top button (volume/mode) until it changes colors. Analog looks to be green, bluetooth is blue, and USB is red. If you use a MacBook, make sure you go to sound settings and choose the correct output (I ran an USB-C cable from my computer to the monitor, then the analog 1/8" cable from the monitor to the back of the speaker), which was the name of my monitor. 1 cable from computer to display. Overall, it's a great speaker. Haven't cranked it up yet, as my office would probably not like that so much.

Love these speakers.
Use these with my MacBook Pro. Perfect size for desk, the look so neat. I have it connected via the Aux cable and it’s plenty loud. Works really well.

The quest for the perfect desktop speakers for my Mac Mini M1 felt like searching for the Holy Grail - countless video reviews, a graveyard of rejected options... But then, enter the Sanyun SW-206 Dual Model Bookshelf Speakers, and let me tell you, they were a revelation. Before we crank the volume to 11, let's talk about the essential qualities every PC speaker needs (because let's face it, bad speakers are speakers you'll be living with, not living for). Here's my personal symphony of must-haves: - Crystal Clear Symphony: Rich, detailed sound that takes you from the front row of a concert to the heart of a movie scene. (We can all agree, muddy audio is a major buzzkill.) - The Treble and Bass Duet: The ability to fine-tune the sound to your taste, whether you're a bass enthusiast or a treble traditionalist. - The Silent Stage: Speakers that disappear when there's no audio, no unwanted hiss or hum to disrupt your listening bliss. - Power Without Distortion: Crank it up without the sound turning into a distorted mess. Loudness shouldn't sacrifice clarity. - Connectivity Chorus: Multiple inputs are a lifesaver, allowing you to connect all your devices and keep the music flowing. - Stereo Harmony: A balanced soundscape where instruments and vocals are perfectly placed, not favouring one side over the other. The Sanyun SW-206 became my maestro for all these reasons. I threw everything at them: Apple Music's lossless library, Spotify's highest quality streams, podcasts with music and spoken word, movies, YouTube, even my personal collection of lossless audio files. For a month, these speakers haven't missed a beat. They're perfect for the value-conscious audiophile (like myself!) who craves top-notch sound without breaking the bank. I can finally hear the subtle nuances in those high-quality podcasts with spoken word and background music – a symphony for the ears! The sound quality? Superb. Speaker quietness? Excellent, no unwanted noise when the music stops. Power? They pack a punch and get loud without distortion. Bonus feature? The convenience of a remote control to adjust volume and other settings from the comfort of your chair. Let's not forget the eye candy! These speakers boast a sleek, modern design that complements any desk setup. The clean white box design with a pop of yellow inside the speakers adds a touch of modernity you can show off. Matching the impressive sound is the build quality. The speakers have a reassuring weight, feeling sturdy and well-made. They also sit firmly on the desk with no vibrations, ensuring a clean listening experience. The verdict? If you're a content creator, a music enthusiast, or simply want to elevate your desktop experience, these speakers deserve a standing ovation. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. P.S. For the purpose of this review, I utilised a high quality AUX cable to ensure optimal audio performance.
