Recommended part.
Quality part. I only needed one of the o-rings from the kit, but it worked out just fine on my 2009 Chevy 2500 HD gas truck. FYI- You can complete this job without removing the back part of the hydro boost from the firewall. You just have to be careful after unscrewing the casing bolts, not to let the front side of the brake booster spring out. This repair requires patience.

It will stop the leak but it takes elbow grease
I used this to fix a hydro boost steering fluid leak on a 2001 GMC C3500HD equipped with the infamous 6.5 turbodiesel engine (6.5TD for those in the know). For this particular hydroboost, I only needed a few of the o-rings, so most of the kit ended up unused. From what I understand, older models of the hydroboost would require the other parts, but mine didn't. The kit will work but it takes some effort to install. There are small pieces, there'll be fluid everywhere and the system does not like dirt, so cleaniless if important! If you can get it in properly, though, it'll help significantly with your leak. In my case, it went from adding fluid every week to not adding it in months; if it's leaking, I can't tell. I put in some Lucas Oil steering fluid stop leak in there too and that seems to help in colder weather when the gaskets are cold and less elastic. Pro tip: it is possible to do this replacement without disconnecting the brake and steering lines. This will save you some time and the mess of dealing with brake fluid in addition to the steering fluid.

Works
First time putting a seal kit in a hydroboost. It worked, seems to have stopped the leak. There are some seals that you will not use but that’s ok. If you are mechanical you’ll figure it out.

Great product
Didn't use everything as it explained, but what was used is exactly what was needed and not a single leak.

Hydro boost Still leaks
Well replaced seals and took my 2005 suburban for a drive but it still leaks just not as bad. Read many posts on forums that said just buy a new unit and I must agree. Waste of money to buy a seal kit in my opinion.

Quality Parts
Working well on a 08 Denali Hyroboost. Quality parts. Easily installed without removing booster. Booster was pouring power steering fluid out as they often do. Easy fix for most. Watch videos. No issues whatsoever.
