Great for digestion
So far this project seems to be helping my digestion and even helping me become more regular. I will continue to use this product and I got it at a fair price.

Amazing for systemic inflammation relief - as good as Wobenzym N
Been taking Wobenzym N, off and on, for about 15 years, primarily for relief of joint and body pain. It was very effective. The last time I went to reorder Wob it was not available. So I looked for a comparable substitute, and selected Wonder Labs Proteolytic Enzymes, together with Rutin. I take 2 enzyme tablets 3 time daily on an empty stomach, and 2 rutin capsules daily. I feel this works about as well as the Wobenzym N, and I feel great! Ignore the negative reviews where people complain these pills don't dissolve. THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DISSOLVE UNTIL THEY REACH YOUR INTESTINES. That's why you are supposed to take them on an empty stomach, as stated clearly on Wobenzym packaging. I've recommended these Proteolytic Enzymes and Rutin to several people, who have all experienced significant pain relief and greater ease of movement. These are so inexpensive, give them a try - you'll know fairly quickly of they are helping you.

Good
These are good enzymes. They help digest heavy foods. They also do a good job of suppressing bacterial infections before, during, and after a course of antibiotics.

Works for weight lifting
I take this kind of stuff for joint pain due to weight lifting. I squat 405, bench 300, deadlift 405 just to give you an idea. I'm 41 and just have wear and tear joint pain. So none from injuries or twisting things the wrong way. I was on Wobenzym 3 pills a day only. So not the 6 a day. When I stop taking Wobenzym, I notice elbow and knee pain in about 1 week. I have noticed that my elbow and knees were starting to get more sore than usual, so I was going to up the dose to another 3 pills at night (6 total). I switched to this product at 1 pill in the AM an 1 in the PM and no elbow or knee pain. So it's working because I know what it's like when I'm not taking any Wobenzym. This product is much cheaper and does the same thing. I can take more due to the low cost compared to Wobenzym. No stomach issues or any other side effects.

Has Vanillin NOT Vanilla!
I purchased and have continued to purchase this product on a recommendation by a good friend because it was, if not the only product, but it was rare to find one with Trypsin and Chymotrypsin, the enzymes needed to break down proteins. The reason I am giving it only three stars is because the actual label on my bottle (see photo of my bottle) mentions one of the ingredients as Vanillin and I am seeing here on the product listing, that it has Vanilla, so which is it?? As my email of a couple months ago to the company elicited absolutely no courtesy of a response, I thought I would mention this issue here for others to be aware of, as I do not like artificial flavors in any products that I use, nor do I like deceptive labeling!

DIGESTIVE DISTRESS? TRY THESE
Excellent for digestion. I buy this regularly. Great value for the price. No taste due to gelatin capsule. Size of pill is easy to swallow.
