Backyard Ballet (Shimmer and Shine) (Little Golden Book)

My twins are crazy about Shimmer and Shine. This is a cute little book about Shimmer, Shine, and Leah trying to fulfill her wishes about being a Ballerina. The story is short so it's perfect for a quick read or a bedtime book. The pages are nicely illustrated and the story is easy to follow along for the little ones. Highly recommend Golden books!

Love the story!! But the description indicates the following, "This Nickelodeon Read-Along contains audio narration." I couldn't figure out how to get the audio narration to work and customer service indicated that it isn't through Audible at this time. So, why is this in the description then?? Very misleading. Purchased for an emergent reader and narration is nice.

I wish Shimmer and shine would go away. I don't get it I really don't. But my niece loves them and the stories are pretty okay. Nothing out there that I'm worried about teaching her as lessons. Except you know that she needs to be beautiful in order to solve problems.

My kids love the shimmer and shine books... Like the other reviews it's not made very well and won't last forever but it was cheap and the only shimmer and shine merchandise I've come across so far
