A clean, Ginger-Supplement that causes no side effect issues!
I've been taking the Herbal Ginger-supplement ( Pure Mountain) near 2 weeks, and my Arthritis inflammations issues, especially in hand(s) looks to be improving...meaning less soreness. Still waiting for my bodily-system to acclimate the supplement, which that's the only reason why it's 4 stars given by me at this time. But I only take one dose a day (1000 MG). I notice the Ginger-supplement doesn't cause any dizziness or stomach problem ( other brands have caused side effects). I will give another review on my second order of the Ginger-root supplement. Well, this is the real deal ginger, qute potent, as it should be !
To verify this product as 'real' ginger (only ginger alone was hard to find}: thank you, Pure Mountain Botanicals, Ron and Shelley....To verify real ginger, I opened one capsule and dumped the contents into my mouth. Wow, quite a shock--that unmistakable ginger spicy heat! It's the real deal, folks, and plenty strong. I bought this ginger and a bottle of bioperine to take with my moringa (a tablespoon of kuli kuli powder moringa, +ginger and piperine(as an activator for ginger, turmeric, et.al.) and I do add, yes, turmeric, though it is not statedly part of the 'miracle' formula of moringa and ginger, how can turmeric ever hurt, huh? (research this 'miracle food'. Moringa feeds large groups of people from Asia, India, etc. as a fresh vegetable, picked right off the neighborhood trees----lots of vitamins and minerals and all of the amino acids to make complete protein ! ---what a Godsend for hungry people, huh......Again, great product, great company, and sublime Customer Service. Thank you, Ron and Shelley, for being so kind to a crazy old (78 yo) man....How could all of this not be worth 5 Stars, and you get mine; and I will be back for more products, and I'll tell all of my friends about Pure Mountain Botanical, and about Ron and Shelley......Be Happy.......yogi, tucson desertAnd also, this company,Pure Mountain Botanicals
