A ‘joyful’ purchase!
This product was purchased when shopping at ‘More’ ‘Hyper Mart’, prior to ‘Diwali’ in 2022. At the time, ‘Kinder Joy’ products bore a ‘festive’ design on their packaging. Manufactured under ‘Kinder’ range of products, it is the ‘Pink’ or as marketed: ‘For Girls’ edition of ‘Kinder Joy’. The product contains 2 parts. One of the parts has its edible contents: namely cocoa bits-coated wafer biscuits atop milk and cocoa-based spreads. A spoon with a wide base has been provided for, enabling ease of consumption. The other part contains toys to be assembled and played with. A toy guide with instructions printed for the assembling has also been provided for. The packaging clearly states that the toys must be played with under adult supervision, and not by children below 3 years of age. The edible contents are, as expected, delicious! The coated biscuit component is reminiscent of ‘Ferrero Rocher’ ‘Moments’ pralines, which I have had and reviewed in 2020. The spreads are both sweet and creamy, complementing the biscuits very well. The toys add an element of ‘fun’ to ‘play time’. They help soar a child’s imagination. In my humble opinion, toys are ‘unisex’ and to be decided on by children: solely on the basis of their interests, not gender. The product concept has been well-thought of, justifying the price paid. Overall, this product is worth the purchase.
