Universal Remote Control for All Insignia TVs - Full Function

There was no setup. After installing the batteries, it worked right away.

My dog broke our original remote from a newer model Insignia TV, I bought and returned a Universal remote and saw the reviews for this one. It arrived with no directions and just in a plastic cover and I thought.... Here we go again, another return because I don't even have instructions to program it. I put in batteries and shocked when I heard a click. It worked PERFECTLY straight out of the box. NO PROGRAMMING.

I had to replace a remote which was previously replaced from another "store" - the "up channel" button either didn't work or would stick and you couldn't stop the channel changing, and the key to return to the previous channel didn't work which for me was VERY frustrating.First, this came a couple days early (YEAH); and, second, just had to drop in 2 AAA batteries and voila!!!! Nothing better than a product working as advertised.

I was given a used 2012 32" Insignia flat screen tv with no remote control. It is so old the model number did not give any results when I Googled for info. But the condition is like new...better picture than my 65" 4K tv. So I browsed Amazon looking for a compatible remote. This one advertised it would work with all Insignias, no programming, just plug and play. I really didn't expect all that to be true. But is IS!! I put batteries in it, plugged in the tv and the remote worked immediately. Does everything the original remove did. AMAZING! Thank you,Amazon!!

We inherited an older Insignia TV but the remote was trashed by leaky batteries. This remote works with no setup or configuration. It just works. And the power button glows is the dark - woo hoo!

Following an out-of-state move, to no one's surprise, we could not locate the remote to this TV on arrival. It is an older set we didn't use that often but it's virtually useless without a remote. So I took a chance on this Universal Remote for our TV brand and it worked! It was a snap to pair and now we found a great spot to use this TV in our new place. Several weeks after the move when every box was unpacked the original remote was never located, huh, where did go?

The remote is fine but the television is broken. Easy to use anyway!

The media could not be loaded. Ordered this because the remote for my 40” insignia TV stopped working and with no buttons on the TV other the one single one on the bottom, I was in need of a new remote.Ordered this after reading reviews saying this worked right out of the box with no setup required. Just throw some AAA batteries in and go. Not the case for me. After trying multiple pairs of FRESH batteries, nothing worked. No lights on the remote, nothing.Don’t waste your money!
