This is the only collagen supplement i've used consistently. 1 Tablespoon to water, coffee or tea everyday and/or prior to a workout (studies suggest 10-20g increased performance/recovery and improved bone health if taking before strength training- even Type 1 verisol vs fortigel for joints). After 4 weeks I noticed my nails were growing faster and had fewer imperfections near the cuticle. At 8 weeks my skin feels less dry. Hoping for bone benefits overtime. Still early, but with no side effects or flavor and no clumping at all, I will continue with this brand.

I found out about this product on Consumer Labs, a group that analyzes supplements. They determined it is the best product. I think it is too soon to tell if my old face will start to look younger, but my nails certainly grow faster and seem stronger. It is tasteless, dissolves easily and has no foul odor. Gelita manufactures products used in pharmaceuticals, food, and health supplements. They are one of the top suppliers of high quality collagen peptides and one of the few companies that have actually been studied and scientifically researched in regard to their specific collagen product, Verisol.There is a reason why most legitimate medical findings have conducted their studies with the Gelita brand Verisol- they have strict standards and can provide all the necessary details to the formulation of collagen. I'm sure you could also put it into capsules if you didn't want to mix the powder into a drink, but i'm not sure if the capsules would effect the absorption rate because all of the studies were conducted by mixing the collagen into water or another food substance to be consumed and dissolved immediately into the bloodstream. The capsules would dissolve slower, but I don't think it would have a substantial effect. If you do put it into capsules, I would drink at least 8oz of water with them so they do dissolve quickly.

It was highly recommended by a health expert for prevention of wrinkles. This is my second container: it dissolves well in coffee, tastes good and seems to work for the wrinkles prevention.

Best of all, it has no flavor. I alternate sips of my Besha with my tea, so it was easy to include it into my day and not forget it. I look forward to seeing the benefits. Long term, this stuff works. I had it on subscription for about 2 years after reading about Besha verisol collagen peptides. I started seeing cellulite develop in my upper arms in addition to my legs. This was in my late to mid 40's. I started to use collagen peptides from a different manufacturer & over the years, saw very little change. A few years ago, I started using Besha Verisol collagen peptides and I have taken good measure of my body lately. I am hitting 55, not prone to excessive cellulite, however, what cellulite I did have has gotten less visible. My upper arms are smooth. My legs & butt have a little muscle sag but no dimpling. I would say my trouble spots are around my knees, but that is it. I love this stuff.I canceled my Amazon subscription only because I went on Besha's company website & got a much better deal. I bought enough for 2 years at half the price.

There is no taste to this. I use in my coffee and it completely dissolves. My only complaint is the large jar states 2 month supply but it is not. I follow instructions and it runs out in one month. Not sure if I’m getting the wrong size delivered as jar doesn’t have weight info on label. I will be looking for another brand of verisol.
