I have a bad back and a bad tailbone so typically when I sit in a chair for any length of time likely more than 30 minutes I get a very sore tail. This pillow works fantastic to help me. Keep my tailbone up in the air so to speak, and I feel supported on both sides of it. I’m very happy with this out to the point that I actually bought two of them.
