This red pepper Soup is Super. If you don't like red peppers, best steer well clear and get as far away from it as you can. But you lot who love red peppers, please fill your boots ! Not literally though, use a bowl or mug to stick it in. 👍😲

Good for lunch with sandwich in

I always have this in my store-cupboard - yes it's great as a soup for a quick lunch, but also I use it a lot in cooking .... good for simmering pre-packed tortelloni - instead of boiling it in water and then all the faff of draining! - extra nutritious with some cottage cheese stirred in - with some freshly-chopped herbs sprinkled over, makes it look like a home-made wonder!!! ........... really useful as a layer in veggie lasagne .... also good instead of passata in stews and casseroles and pasta-bakes ..... and for mixing into savoury rice/couscous for stuffing veg ..... okay I'll shut up or they'll be increasing the price, ha ha!!

Rich flavour and good value for money - can't fault it. Would highly recommend

This makes a pleasant, tasty, cheap change for a winter lunch or snack. Great value.
