My elderly parents required a higher toilet to make getting on and off easier. This was just the ticket. Installation was typical, though the toilet is a bit heavier than normal. Once installed, it works like a charm, and those few extra inches of height really help a mobility challenged person. It's a bit pricey, but you cannot put a price on health, comfort and safety of a loved one.

After looking at the big box stores for an ADA compliant toilet, I ended up ordering this toilet. I think it was expensive but it has been worth it for me. I am in good health, but I am 63 and 5 foot 11 with very arthritic knees. This toilet is a joy to use! It’s 21 inches from the floor to the seat, almost too tall for me. It came super well packed and was easy for my contractor to install. However I feel that for the money I paid they should have included a wax seal and the water hose or at least just the hose. Most cheaper toilets come with those. Everything about it is nice except I thought the seat should be a little bit heavier duty instead of just plastic. But I guess they make it plastic so it can do the “slow close” thing. Overall it seems to be a good product. It arrives in three packages, tank, toilet, seat. The rest of the unit is no wider than most toilets. Other than looking a little tall it does not look awkward in a regular bathroom. My bathroom is very small and it looks fine.

After 3 shipments, we finally got a comode that wasn't shattered upon arrival. The height is wonderful! The seat that comes with is is NOT comfortable and we ordered a wooden white enameled on Amazon to be able to sit in comfort. IT is a well made toilet and if you need the extra 21" height, you will find it very easy to get up and down on it. Doesn't flush wll wiht low water; I have adjusted the float mechanism to really fill the bowl. I am very pleased with this product.

The toilet is high enough for tall people but the bowl is high, too . The water level is too high for my comfort.

Not a difficult job to install but then I've done a few toilets before. It makes sitting on the toilet for me so much easier. I am 6'2" and low chairs do work well for me. This toilet is great height for me but maybe too tall for wife. Came with a broken fill mechanism from the shipping. (Thus 4 and not 5 stars). The plastic that attaches to water line was broken. Just replaced with one from home depot so can't review the mechanism that fills toilet. Toilet uses a lot less water. I was concerned it would not remove all the "material" in the toilet. But I've had this a while and everything goes down without a problem.

Husband wanted a tall toilet. He loves this one. It is 22" high with the seat on. I'm 5'9" and it is slightly uncomfortable for me as is almost too tall and the seat has a ridge on the outer edge. It needs a more rounded seat to be comfortable for my height. Would not get this if anyone is less than 5'8" tall.

Lid arrived broken. I will be waiting 2 months for a replacement.

The toilet was delivered in half the time expected, well packaged and in perfect condition. The plumber had no problem installing it. It is quite tall and may take some getting used to for shorter folks. So glad to get rid of all those cheap toilet-raising gadgets and clutter! Best present I bought myself!
