Modelling clay for animation figures.
Bought for grandson who got into modelling, this clay does not set and is more suited for animation figures which is what he wanted. This is not the first purchase of this clay, I bought him a box full of multicolours. He has fun making his figures.

Good big block of non-hardening modelling clay.
This big block( 23 x 5 x 3cm) of non-hardening reusable modelling clay is excellent for sculpting, modelling and is used by stop-motion animators. I use it to add architectural details to foam-core models of buildings I use as a backdrop for fantasy paintings.It can be a bit stiff but soon regains pliability when warmed gently. You do need to give it some kind of internal support to make a large piece and successfully model a figure or a head.If you are considering buying this instead of Plasticine for creative kids I would recommend it. (I would have been thrilled if someone had bought me a big single colour block of this to play with rather than those miserable little multi-colour bits that quickly mix together into a grayish mess.) It is worth bearing in mind that you must keep your hands very clean or this will retain fingerprints and grubby marks so one of the darker shades will probably be better for play. It will also make marks on surfaces so I find one of those cheap sheets of non-stick oven liner an effective and washable surface to work on for this and many other potentially messy processes.

Great!
Arrived on time, though cracked at the end. This, however, means nothing since I'll be breaking it apart anyway to sculpt things. It keeps it's shape extremely well (especially over time) and never dries, meaning I can resuse it again and again. Love the stuff, highly recommended!

Comes in pretty rock solid, so it'll take a lot of conditioning to make it soft, would recommend having a pasta roller. I'd recommend buying from hobbycraft instead, it's much cheaper.
