Amazing phone for a great price
This phone still comes highly rated and very competitive on cell phone comparison sites, and did not disappoint! For the price, it really can't be beat! I prefer this to a lot of the much newer phones that I've tried.

Absolutely terrible
I bought this phone at the beginning of June. Since then it's had its little bugs, mainly the proximity sensor and fingerprint reader. I had a few occasions where it just died with 50% battery remaining. When I tried to charge it it freaked out. I barely could get it back. Well, last night it died for good. It won't take charge, I took it to Verizon and they said it's dead. Almost $500 for a phone that lasted 4 months. Oh, and the return deadline was 2 weeks ago. I feel beyond ripped off. I am definitely going to be sending an email to the seller. This phone obviously had problems and they still sold it as "certified renewed". NEVER AGAIN.

other than packaging, could not tell it from new
I've waited a while to review this phone so that I could see how it would perform over time, and not just out of the box. After nearly a month of regular use, it seems like a great phone. I've noticed no issues with function or performance. Though a "renewed" item, you couldn't distinguish it from a new one. I came from an LG G8, so happy to continue on with a familiar interface. I'd prefer a smaller phone, but this is a hair bigger than my old one, but nothing I can't live with. Hope it lasts, but so far no seeing no reason to think it won't.

Power House of a phone even in 2023
Its a shame to see LG step out the Smartphone game. They made some of the best most innovated phones on the market. This refurb is great. Everything works, hardly any noticeable marks or scratches and the screen on this phone is absolutely stunning. Can't beat it for the price. You're getting a flagship phone for a budget phone price. Try to find any brand new phone for this price that even comes close to these Specs. Oh and it updated to Android 13.

Incredible device for it's age, still strong
This LG V60 ThinQ 5G UW is a fantastic product. Came in great shape. Very versatile phone, absolutely packed with features and performance for the price point in 2023, seeing as the model was released a few years ago by now. Not a bad CPU/GPU benchmark performer either, I think the Wild Life test was around 3800. Super find! I appreciate the quality the seller sent me, description was accurate. Also supports a dual screen case! I didn't even know that when I purchased this. Sure it's an extra 200 bucks, but for anybody looking to multitask applications on separate screens, that was a pretty cool feature to learn after the fact. But, for my very specific/fringe purposes, it fell short. That's not the seller's fault... it was a try and find out, because specific USB-C protocols are not documented to exact device to device compatibility. This model doesn't support the newer protocol I need to use my large external touchscreen monitor with it. I wanted to use it to simultaneously BT cast/mirror to a large Phillips TV, and at the same time connect the USBc cable to a large USBc 3.0 external touchscreen monitor. While the LG V60 casts very well, the external touchscreen USBc support was lacking. (The external touch screen monitor works with other high-end devices, so it was isolated to the LG.) It's either a driver or a hardware spec. Great product, just didn't fit my particular need. (This is a genuine review by an individual consumer unaffiliated to this product or seller. I do not receive anything for this review or any others.)

Great phone. Surprised it's not more popular.
I'm three weeks in and really enjoying this phone. The unit I received is in pristine condition and even came with the original charger, which doesn't always come with refurbished ones. Didn't come with the dual screen accessory, so I bought that separately, but with the money I saved here, it was no problem. Dual screen is really nice for some things, and I like to have it, but I find it cumbersome to use as a regular case, but some people but cases that have a flap that covers the phone, and I also find those to be cumbersome, so it's a preference thing. I prefer to view it as an accessory because it's really handy for some things even if I only do those things a few times per week. Sad to see LG shutting down their smartphones. They made some great stuff, but people weren't into them for some reason. Switched this from a Pixel 4XL, which I loved, but this has an ultrawide camera, the pictures are just as good to my eye, this has twice the storage, an SD card slot, and an awesome headphone jack. The screen on the Pixel is technically better, but I honestly can't tell. I miss the call screen on the Pixel a lot, but found an app for this that does the job pretty well. Battery is way better on this. First time I've been able to easily get through a day on a full charge because I use my phone heavily by watching lots of videos and listening to lots of audio. This is a great performer for me so far. Biggest complaint is the fingerprint reader. It's slow....but it works.
