Great product to have in your truck. This is the second set we purchased. I have used the first set multiple times to help others. So, decided to buy another set for our other vehicle. The mats are well built. The case and gloves are cheap.

Haven’t gotten to use it. Hope I never will. But looks very well built.

Burned the rubber but it got the F150 out of mud. The bag wasn’t missing the gloves and there was no bag. I was desperate to get the truck out so didn’t even realize that until I went to store them.

I was vancamping in a remote location (70 yo solo female) during several days of unrelenting rain. As I moved the van to avoid worsening conditions, sure enough, I got stuck on a slight slope. It was still raining, and getting dark. The slope was too steep to just leave it there and sleep at that angle, and I was all alone and too far to walk out for help. I was so glad to have the traction mats on hand. It took several tries with repositioning the mats a few times, but eventually I was able to back out and up onto drier ground. SOOO glad I had these on hand!! I decided to buy a second set, so I can put them fore & aft, and make it easier to just roll up on one set and then back up onto the other. Well worth the price!! Very sturdy and grippy.

Great thing to keep in the car. I’ve used them to help others twice (I also have a metal folding shovel that’s key to getting a car unstuck) and they were easy and did the job! They get a bit torn up but worth it!

These were very easy to use and quick to set up. Got stuck in my driveway, left the car there, ordered these, and they arrived the next day. I tried rocking the car but the tires just spun so I drove a little forward so I could slide the traction mat under the tires. It grabbed immediately and backed out without any issues. These are staying in my trunk for the rest of the winter and I'll probably get another set for my wife. They're made of durable feeling rubber with the braided steel wire that goes through each section to hold them together. They have metal studs on them like snow tires and worked very well. You can roll them up or lay them flat which is nice for storage options. I'm very happy with these.

Due to a lot of rain over the last few weeks, my truck ( rear-wheel drive ) got stuck in my yard and had to call a wrecker to get me out. It did not sink, it just spun on the surface. So I did some research & bought these. I did see a youtube video of a person who got stuck in a field & he bought this product & it worked. He got moving but got stuck again before he got out of the field and this product did not work the second time. I waited a few days for the yard to dry out & I got stuck again & this product did not work again. The mud-covered tires could not grip these mats. I got pulled out & bought some plywood & laid out enough plywood to get to my back yard. 4 days later the ground was seemed frozen & I decided to move my truck out of the backyard. The tires would just spin on the surface again. Tried the mats again & no luck. Got out the plywood again & used that with no problem. They seemed like a great product. I wanted them to work.

The Mats are a bit heavy but made of what looks like thick tire like rubber with ice grip tabs on one side. The Mat is constructed with about 1 inch strips about 1/2 inch high and about 16 inches long. The strips are strung together via very strong cords to allow flexibility. At the end of the Mat the cord is looped back with enough slack to form a handle in which the mat can be dragged into place, when the vehicle is stuck. It comes with a cloth storage bag that unzips to place the Mats into before zipping it up and placing in the vehicle until needed. They also supplied some rubber gloves (similar to the type one would use for washing dishes). I have not used it yet to see how the mat performs but I believe it should work well if the vehicle isn't stuck in too deep of snow. (The vehicle really only needs some solid surface to ride over the snow that the tires are sinking into without the Mat.) The Mat distributes the vehicle weigh like snow shoes while providing solid traction.

Bought these as insurance and hope I never need to actually use them. They seem good quality and likely to do the job and withstand rugged use - as others have said in reviews after usage. They come with the yellow gloves, a simple but useful instruction leaflet and a carry bag. When stored in the bag, it measures approx. 55 x 30 x 12cm, so won’t take up much room in the car boot. Only gave 4 stars as I haven’t actually used them yet to be sure.

I bought this 2 roll Tire Traction Mat of 39 inches long traction aid with the combination with Snow Traction Mat & Ice Scraper. The Snow Traction Mat & Ice Scraper will allow my tire to climb easily on this thick rubber bar. That way, if I'm stuck on a hill, I will have more traction to gain speed to go up hill in the worst case scenario.

These tire traction mats are probably the best I’ve ever used. I’ve tried hard plastic alternatives before, but these mats grip much better on snow and ice, providing excellent traction when you need it most. They are portable and easy to position under tires, and the 2-piece set works well. That said, they are still just traction aids — they won’t perform miracles unless you do your part

Works well and stores in a bag. Good buy.
