I bought this product at the end of August 2018. This past weekend one of the wheels fell off. I assumed that they were screw on wheels, but no, they are welded on and the weld just broke. Now I have to either pay someone to fix it or buy another. Either way I'm out more money only 3 1/2 months later. So the company tried to make this good by stating that they would send me a NEW replacement stool. I received it last night, opened it and imagine my dismay when I realized that this stool was ALREADY MISSING one wheel. It wasn't attached, it wasn't in the box it was just non-existent. I don't know what the issue with the wheels on this stool are, but it appears that they need to do a little Quality Checking before they send these products out.

The green is definitely a very cute light aqua in color. I chose to get the upgraded wheels which are very smooth when rolling around. It did take an about a week to be able to get up from it and not feel like I had just gotten off a horse, but I expected that. Very happy with my purchase so far. Seems very solid. I am a Dental Hygienist and I use the chair for 8 hours a day, and my back feels great.

This chair has revolutionized my life. I have a balance disorder - walking with a cane, walker and wheelchair. This stool, with a 45lb olympic weight plate at the bottom has given me the freedom of mobility with both hands free!!!. I can move about the house - do house work. The weight at the bottom provides the stability (through a lower center of gravity). I have even taken this stool to parties. A height adjustment lever allows me to rise up to face level allowing me the OLD respect (not being looked down on in a wheel chair). I have bought three of these chairs, one stays permanently at my daughter's house across the county.

I saw a $400-$500 saddle stool and almost bought. Then I saw this online and figured for the low price it was work a shot. If it didn't work out well I'd spring for the expensive one. I brought it to work and the other 2 hygieinsts have also bought it now. Great stool for desk/ office as well.

A major car accident resulted in compression fractures in my back in 2017. I have permanent nerve damage and take medication for pain. I exercise. I alternate sitting, standing, walking all day, every day. I bought an expensive desk chair with lumbar support. I couldn't sit on it long without discomfort escalating to outright pain. I gave the chair away. On a whim, I decided to sit on my big red Pilate ball. That was pretty good, but it was unstable. It also needed occasionally inflation adjustment, which meant a search in the garage for the noisy machine that scared our dog. I'd given up looking for anything truly comfortable to sit on until a couple weeks ago when I had an ultrasound and noticed the tech sitting on a stool that resembled a saddle. I asked if her stool was comfortable. She said, "Yes! I love it!" and proceeded to tell me her supervisor ordered similar ones for everyone. I drove home hopeful and determined to find something like that and I did. I can only thank you for this life-changing stool. I sit on with joy every day. I still get up and move around because I've learned there's hours of pain in sitting or doing any one activity too long. I must continue sitting, standing, walking, elevating my legs in the recliner, repeat. But while I'm at the computer now, I am comfortable.One suggestion. A foot rest would be a nice addition.I bought a separate one for stability when using the Pilate ball for so long. But, for those who do not, a built-on one would be great.Thank you for making a comfortable stool for someone in my situation!

This arrived quickly. Box and instructions were good. Really simple to put together- it’s heavy so I needed a little help (I have severe arthritis in my hands). Comfortable seat. I purchased to use in kitchen as I can’t stand for long due to arthritis. It is rated as heavy duty - intended for use in dentist or doctors offices & I’ve used similar products when I was still working so I thought this should hold up well. I made sure it could hold me - I’m 50lbs UNDER the top weight recommended for product so I was excited to get one. It was GREAT FOR 1 WEEK ONLY!!! Then the bottom supports/legs suddenly turned in on themselves! Bent legs = TRASH. The legs are made of a softer “metal”, unlike the piston and other parts of chair which are a heavy duty steel construction. Too bad the use CRAP for the wheels/bottom support as it makes it doomed to fail. Great idea, sub par supports. I’m done with this compAny.

Nice sturdy chair. I got this when I was having problems standing in the kitchen due to a medication that attacked my tendons. I still use this on days where I have to stand a long time. It gives me enough lift to do what I need to do (chopping, cleaning, cooking). Just a word of caution, I do take extra precautions when using this in the kitchen. It is a great tool, but the recipe for disaster is in being careless with this. If I were doing anything like deep frying, or needing to do something at an odd angle, I would get off the stool first. Also a word of advice if using this in a high position, always return the stool to a low position so you can easily get on and off, then use the hydraulics to lift you up.

The height was a big improvement over my previous saddle stool, and that's what I bought it for. It's hard to balance in one of these for prolonged periods if your knees aren't low enough - and this one lets me sit naturally and comfortably.The seat is wider than I expected, which may help some people but is neutral for me. The foam is supported by a sturdy, curved platform which tilts forward. (Including the padding, the overall appearance is of tilting a bit back, but it actually sits fine.)The wheels are excellent as advertised; I can roll around on my carpet easily, which I wasn't anticipating at all. I honestly don't need good wheels; but, this has got 'em.

This stool is well worth the price! Well made. Stands up to the task. Hair does not build up on wheels. Best stool I've ever used in 45 years of cutting hair.
