Q: Can either of these be used for fabric?

I have not used fabric, but I think the blue mat would cut it fine. I have not had any issues cutting vinyl with these mats.

Q: Will this self heal of cut like ghe cricket name ones

We used them for making Christmas ornaments and they worked great just like my Cricut brand.

Q: Can I use these with a cricut explore 3?

I don't know why you couldn't I have the explorer 2 and this is my second set.
