Well took a chance ordering this puzzle. Was surprised by the quality, excellent. You can play as a game or just a puzzle. All sections are labeled on back, to help identify sections, and a big plus! When puzzle complete it stays together. WOW! Pieces are strong wood and easy to assemble without pieces falling all over the place. Update: Had a problem with some pieces missing, Amazon was able to help, thank you Amazon. Having the pieces be of good quality wood helps, they snap into place. The only thing is having to identify the pieces they look alike and sections on back are letter coded according to sections. I did find that you still need to match the colors and refer to the photo, as we found out during the game, some pieces look like they go there but don't. All in all a good buy and came on time. They do include a very large paper copy which is the biggest I have ever seen in a puzzle. Found it very helpful and puzzle pieces are very shiny, coated well. Will certainly buy from this company again, and Amazon stood behind this product.

I really like this puzzle. I will buy the brand again. The pieces are a little tight but it holds together nicely. All the pieces were in the box. The picture had some cute features.

I got this for my daughter as a Christmas gift and made her open it as soon as she arrived (December 22nd). Probably not fair, but she loves puzzles and I knew the 3 of us would enjoy it. It took us about 3 days to finish it but it was fun and really high quality. Pieces were sturdy and there was no way you could confuse whether a piece was in the correct place.

I bought the Becko US Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle (Santa Claus at Fireplace) before Christmas and overall, I’m really happy with it! The image is beautiful and captures the warm Christmas vibe perfectly—it made for a fun and festive puzzle experience. The quality of the picture was fantastic, and I enjoyed putting it together. However, I did have some issues with the pieces. Several were warped, and cracked when trying to fit them together, which was a bit frustrating. Despite that, I was still able to complete the puzzle, and it turned out great in the end. Overall, I’d still recommend this puzzle for its design and overall experience, but just be aware that the piece quality might not be perfect. It was a minor setback in an otherwise enjoyable puzzle!

This puzzle was fun to put together, and we loved the wood pieces. One piece was received broken, and the company had terrific customer service to correct the problem.

Beautiful clear picture with thick pieces and little dust. The letters on the back plus the to scale picture made this very easy and kinda felt like cheating but was still fun.

This is a great puzzle! After it was put together, I could pick it up and it stayed in one piece! Beautiful colors and fun to do with my family.

Great puzzle. Never used this brand before but would definitely buy again. Pieces have letters on the back so they can be easily organised into sections, unlike other more well-known brands. Vibrant image plus the pieces fit so snugly you can pick the whole puzzle up in one once it's complete. 5*****

Image started to peel almost instantly when it come out off the box

This was my first Becko puzzle and it is great quality. There’s a poster of the puzzle included to follow, letters on the back of the pieces to help identify an area of the puzzle a piece might belong to, and a guarantee replacement for any missing pieces after purchase. Pieces are sturdy and a nice scene to build!

We liked using this as part of our advent calendar (giving the kids a section a day).

Just love the theme. Unfortunately one of the pieces fell on the floor and my baby daschund chewed it lol
