SO happy i made this purchase. I was offered something similar at my doctors office for 3x the price, but opted for this package instead since I could stay on it a little longer. I have nothing to compare it to as far as experience needing this type of vitamin but it seems to have worked well since I bruise quite easily it has not been too extreme. As for inflammation I think it also helped.
