Bought at the recommendation of a friend who has had excellent results from using and so far I’m a fan, as well! It’s not exactly painful, but it’s not really comfortable. I consider it similar to getting a tattoo - but those don’t really hurt me most of the time.

Was a gift that I have been stealing an using. Love to lay on it a couple of times a week. Feels so good and body is super relaxed after, highly recommend.

This thing is life changing! know that sounds dramatic. But my continual back pain had me feeling so miserable constantly. It was effecting me emotionally as well a physically. Massages are too expensive for me. And even after I get them, I’m hurting again in a matter of days. Massage devices just bruise me. But all I have to do for relief is lie on this mat. That’s it! The effect lasts too. It will be days before I have to use it again. But even if I’m not in pain, it relaxes me. I cannot recommend this strongly enough. It’s more than worth the price. I got the beginner mat. But compared to the cheaper mats I’ve seen online, the spikes on those aren’t as long and sharp. That’s why I chose to try this particular mat. My pain is intense and I needed something that would really make a difference. I have been using it for a couple of months now and I may get the more advanced mat soon. But so far it’s still working great for me.

🚨🚨🚨REVIEW INCOMING 🚨🚨🚨 I am truly in love with this Shatki Accupressure Mat I got my husband. I put meditative music in my ears, and lay on it, and truly just let my body go, the way you feel… I kid you not, within 5 mins - I can feel waves of warmth move thru my body into my fingertip and toes, and the state of calmness I experience feels like what u image the last 8 seconds of your life flashing before ur eyes as you die (like in the movies) in slow motion feels like, like in an empty field of cripsy sunset as you dance thru the wind. I lay there for 25 minutes. And then the peel off the mat, is like a hurt so good feeling. 100/100 recommend. The end. Side note: I have the level 2 premium mat. (Bought it on my sis Amazon account so my hubby wouldn’t see if Christmas gift early).

I wanted to like this, but I just didn't. I didn't relax with this at all. In fact the spikes were extremely uncomfortable (I know they would be), but it wasn't worth the money to be THAT uncomfortable without getting any of the benefits. The size was nice and did cover my back. Pain was not relived, if fact it brought more temporary paid.
