The quality, finishing and details of these knives it's pretty nice. I never machine-wash them, although the wood seem polished enough to resist that.My only wish is that they didn't print "Master Racoon" on every knife blade... It kind of ruin the clean look.

Not a good choice for the price
These knives are pretty. I like the wood handles and the box they came in but they don't really slice the meat, they shred it as you saw back and forth. They are not acceptable for the price and you can definitely do better.If you don't mind plastic handles, the Amazon Basics set found here: AmazonBasics Premium 8-Piece Steak Knife Set is a much better deal at half the price. I absolutely love these knives! The wood is gorgeous, each blade has a plastic case for the tips, the box is beautiful, and they are sharp! They are well worth the money!
