Comfortable
It is excellent, soft, warm, so you don't need to set it to high, and it is comfortable and feels good on the skin. I highly recommend.

Huge Heating Pad!!!
This has been a game changer!! The weight of this heating pad has been very comforting!! It’s also large enough for me to sit with my legs closed and be able to wrap it around both legs FRONT & BACK! I am 5’4” 130 lbs It’s soooo much better to be able to sooth both legs at the same time and NOT have to worry about finding 2 small heating pads and deal with multiple cords!!

Heats Great Soft Stays Against The Body Makes It More Effective
I am extremely happy with this heating pad, because it is weighted it lays in place which allows the heat to be more efficient. I would highly recommend this heating pad for any type of ailments. It does not have any smells to it and it's very soft. I love having a variety of heat settings to choose from and a timer to set, it is easy to use.

Faulty
It keeps going on E3 so I unplug it and start over. I only just used this today for the first time due to a work injury. I didn't get a user manual.

Wonderful heating pad very large fits over my shoulders and lower hips and upper tithes very conductive to relieve a lot of my fibromyalgia symptoms Thank you

Good value and works as expected
My wife loves it! She just has to fight the dog for it though Lol soft and warm on her back if she leaves for a second the dog is trying to use it for a heating blanket. Very reasonable price also!

Overall perfect
Awesome heating pad. Very pleased with it. It is lightweight and very soft. The controller & timer is perfect for me It also has an auto shut off which helps when accidentally leaving on to run errands. It helps with my whole body pain.

Great size
This Neck, back, and shoulder hearing pad is very nice. It feels supportive & comfortable and the heat helps my pain. The size is wonderful! I recommend the Ruqiji 26" x 35" The reason only 4 stars is that the heat isn't low enough even on 1. I have to turn it on and off often. To me it's still worth getting because it covers from neck to bottom of back.
