A great strap for a tenor ukelele but probably oversized for a Soprano in terms of width? Only issue I had was that it had a slight fishy smell to it for a few days. Probably from the leather tanning process, using unfiltered oil? It went away after a few days of use though. I rubbed some eucalyptus oil into the strap to begin with to mask the smell.

I know this strap is described as needing a screw, indeed it comes with one. As you can see from the attached pictures, I have found a workaround for that. Those groovy little 3M wall hooks. They make a small clear one you can barely see. If they eventually lose the sticky, just put another on. They don't damage the Uke and you don't have to be afraid of damaging your ukulele by drilling a hole in it. As to the strap, it's awesome. Well worth the money. The materials are of good quality and the stiches and seams all seem strong and well made. Again, use the screw or not, either way this strap is nice. Well made, adjustable and with the overall feel of a strap I will have for many years to come. I'd wager that over years the leather softens and so does the material and you get that well-worn but still beautiful strap that lasts for long enough that you love it. You love it so much that after you've spent years using it and it finally shows weakness you find yourself too attached to just buy a new one and toss it. So you buy a new one and grab some duct tape...you can get another 10 years outa that strap... Stay healthy and well good people.
