Title says it all, I used this before going to a reunion. I have super frizzy thick hair from my years in high school and college attempting to be Gwen Stefani blonde, my hair is closer to Kim Kardashian dark -_- so I needed to try something to save my hair and not look a hot mess. I was told to try this by my mom's hairstylist so I thought what the heck might as well. So the way I used this was by shampooing and conditioning like normal then put this all over my hair and put on a hair mask. Then I hopped out of the shower, vacuumed, did the dishes, and cooked dinner. So I left it on for a few hours. When I rinsed it off it was so smooth and sexy, basically it felt like after you go to a hairstylist and they make you feel great, well now you can do it at home!

I have healthy strong hair, but we had to bleach out really black hair color all over to lift the dark and lighten it. My hair was just stressed, dried specially the ends felt 'crispy', I used one application after washing my hair and left it on all night to a great outcome, my hair is soft and smooth and has bounce again, pretty miraculous. I will continue to use it at least once a week to ensure it continues to recover but just one time application made a huge difference.
