They are expensive but delicious. They came packed well, with a best by date far enough in advance to use them.

These are fine I guess, better than Maraschino Cherries, but they are still more artificial tasting and they are oddly firm. We have bought Filthy Cherries and those are full of strong sweet flavor, but have a more natural taste and texture, like real cherry pie or preserves, but for your drink. They cost a little more per unit, but they are really good. If you buy the big can of filthy Cherries, they make a lot of drinks and are a better buy than the little jar. These Starlino Cherries were ‘fine’ but quite disappointing by comparison.

Hotel Starlino makes great cocktail accompaniments. I love their sweet vermouth, and these cherries are also excellent. For me, it is either these or Luxardo.
