Will one key open any of the 5 locks ?

Yes, any and all 5 keys will open all 5 of the locks.

What are the dimensions of the drive lug on the back? Based on the picture of the locking tab it appears to be 5mm x 5mm square but it's hard to tell.

The lug on the back is about half inch. It worked fine for tool box that has a couple different locking mechanisms. There are diagrams out there if you go looking, probably the admiral website...? The lugs as pretty weak though, do not overtighten as I did to one or you will have another boat anchor on your hands.

do all the locks you sell have the same key? meaning that if you have sold 1000 of these are they all the same key?
