Excellent cartridge
Why did you pick this product vs others?:After purchasing generic brands that left me disappointed within a couple of days, definitely worth paying a little more to get the proper cartridge for my printer

OKay, but...
The cartridges are Original Epson cartridges and they worked fine. The problem is that they were regular, not XL. The printer got inadvertently "hardware" updated to the newest BIOS (by someone not regularly using this office printer) and the 3rd party cartridges I had been using for quite some time no longer functioned. I had to go back to Epson cartridges ($85.00 for this set compared to $35.00 for a set of 3rd party XLs). After two sets of cartridges, using Epson cartridges exceeded the cost of the printer. I replaced the printer... we went with a Canon Tank printer. Sorry Epson, although the printer worked fine, we could not afford the replacement cartridges.

Works exactly for what I needed.
Had issues with my printer using Epson compatible ink. Purchased the Epson brand and no more issues. Just shows you can't always get by with the cheap stuff.
