Just the right amount of cushion and helps keep my feet from sweating and my sneakers from smelling, They lasted about 5 months although I switch between several pairs of shoes and sneakers. Overall I'd say these are Good and cost effective and I'm about to order them again 👍

I use this for everything from keeping the shoes a little bit tighter to making it. So there's something in there, so the shoes don't smell and these are so easy to fit and cut and even work in children's shoes. In one pair of shoes I did find they got a little too slippery. That was just one of my many pairs of shoes.

The Kaps Odour Stop insoles really do the job. The charcoal layer keeps shoes smelling fresh, even after long wear, and they fit easily into different styles of footwear. I like that the pack comes with 6 pairs, so I can rotate them across multiple shoes. Comfortable, effective, and affordable — a simple solution for anyone dealing with shoe odor.

These are even nicer than I was expecting. They are easy to cut to size and very comfortable. They function very well with the Merrill shoes I bought them for. They were delivered very quickly.

Better for small feet since they are very thin. The insoles slide around the shoe. They also do not last as long as dr. Scholl’s and start to disintegrate with in a week for athletic use. Worth the money but not good enough for me to buy again. I’m going to try something different.

Legit the worst insoles I bought. Took a three minute walk and the insoles moved soo much and did not maintain position. Fell out of my shoe as well.

These compare very well to the other popular brand of insoles! They are comfortable and do a good job absorbing odor. No problems cutting them to fit. They are wll marked for the different sizes and the material is easy to cut with household scissors. I would buy again!

I loved that it is customizable. I needed insoles that are absorbent yet odorless. This product works great, you can easily take it out to air or simply change it when you feel like it's due for change, cos it's that affordable!
