I bought the Airuida Antique Brass Wall Mount Kitchen Sink Faucet some weeks ago and finally had it installed recently. Installation was a bit difficult but that was mostly due to the very old (c. 1900) interior water pipe configurations in that sink. It looks great, the gold tone is very pleasing and not at all garish, it really makes a major aesthetic difference in my old fashioned kitchen. It also works very well. I love the feature that allows the nozzle to rotate 360. Water flows out rapidly.A few days after installation, with normal use, something failed inside one of the faucet handles and water flow could not be shut off. I had to turn off the cold water valve for my kitchen.I contacted the seller and explained the problem, and asked for a replacement part. I sent a short video showing the problem, at their request. They responded immediately, very courteously, and promised to send me an entirely new faucet set, the entire product, asap. It arrived within a day and the problem was solved. They were most helpful at all times. This is great customer service! I recommend this product and this seller very highly.

This faucet replaced an old leaky faucet in the laundry utility sink. A handyman who was doing other things around the house helped, which was a good thing as the nipples in the wall needed to be replaced with shorter ones so this faucet would sit flush to the tile wall, and a bit of tile needed to be trimmed to get the old nipples out. None of this could be anticipated, nor was it an issue with this product. Once the pipes coming out of the wall were appropriate, installing this faucet was very simple. I like the high arch to the spout and that it swivels, as that makes it easier to fill a bucket in the sink. And the swivel on the spout makes it easy to rinse the sink, especially after the washing machine drains into it. I am pleased with this purchase and would recommend this faucet.

I purchased this faucet September 2022 and installed it maybe a month after. Almost 2 years later, it still worked great.A couple weeks ago, it developed a leak/drip. I contacted customer service, and they immediately replied with advice to tighten the core if that was the case. They asked for photo to show proof, and once they saw that it was tight and still leaking they immediately sent me replacement cores for both hot and cold side.It took me a few weeks to install these, since turning off the water means I have to ask my neighbors. Every few days customer service would reach out asking if the problem was solved, with sincere concern.This product is great, but the customer service from them means I would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. I highly recommend this seller.

Generally like this product. It looked nice and was one of the few that fit our unique setup. Unfortunately, the faucet started dripping uncontrollably. The seller promptly sent me replacement valves and everything is running smoothly now.

This faucet is a pain to install and does not come with all of the parts for mounting. Very dissatisfied.

Love the look of the faucet. We had a slight leak in the faucet after about a year. I emailed the company & they followed up right away. Sent me the replacement valves & now the leak is fixed. Thank you very much to Chen! He was very curious & prompt with replies.

I had issues at first with this working on our sink. I had to get the extended connectors and the 90 degree elbow that was described in the instructions. The seller was extremely helpful with sending me a video on how to properly install everything when I contacted them with trouble. I’m happy to say that, with their help, I was able to get the sink installed with this faucet and no leaks. It does take a lot of thread tape!!!! 5 stars for the response of the seller.

I’d had a large wall mounted porcelain sink in my prior house and was determined to have one in my new house, though smaller. Happy to find a sink and this faucet on Amazon for much more affordable prices. Unfortunately, I didn’t read through all of the vendor’s detailed description of the faucet and very clear indication of additional parts required for “thick sink” installation. I instead relied on Amazon’s “also bought” pictures to buy additional pieces. So when plumber came he didn’t have the necessary longer connector. The vendor responded quickly to my Amazon inquiry (not so fast via website identified on product insert). Was able to buy additional pieces (paid by vendor) on Amazon with quick delivery. Plumber (2nd trip) found them to work well. Enjoying the product. FYI, the handles turn in different directions—-no big deal, just takes a minute to get used to.
