I haven't had time to use this yet - but it was easy to set up and looks like a good loom for the money.

Great Little Loom!
Love this loom. I made my first weaving project ever yesterday. The loom worked just as expected. I am using a book for instructions on how to weave. "Weaving Big on a Little Loom", by Fiona Daly. This loom is versatile because the warp bars on this loom can be removed from the frame to create the warp for a longer project. The warp strings are then wrapped around the bar and the bar reattached to the frame. The width of this loom is generous too. The box appeared to have been opened on arrival. The only missing part seems to be the needle.

"Mixed Feelings: A Comprehensive Review of My Loom Experience"
I have mixed feelings about this compact loom. While I wish I could give it a stellar 5-star rating, a couple of issues held me back. The absence of grips on the legs makes it prone to sliding around on the table during use, and unfortunately, both legs are detached and won't stay in place. Despite these setbacks, I managed to complete my homework using it, which is a definite positive. Overall, I have a genuine fondness for this loom. Its ability to weave the perfect size for larger samples or wall hangings is commendable. The wood appears durable and robust, and the weaving process was smooth, resulting in beautiful outcomes. Despite the minor drawbacks, it serves its purpose well.

Using Warping, Tension, Heddle Bar and More
The media could not be loaded. Well, well, well...I was very surprised that I could actually use the heddle bar on this loom to create a heddle weave on the frame. This requires reading the instructions and understanding how important tension is in weaving. the tension holds the bar in place. So instead of using a reed, you rotate the warp ups and down. You really need to understand how a weaving loom operated to appreciate the steps for setting up.I had to literally force all of my warping thread into each slot AFTER I warped and popped the heddle bar in. Probably one way to do it is to add warp onto bar as you warp the frame. But the tension was easier to manipulate the way I did it. I posted a video above showing how it operated.

Easy enough to put together but…
It was really easy to put together but the instructions are a little off. Step 1 says “five holes” - there wasn’t five holes. I’m assuming that the missing holes were to hold the “stick”. However, even if you had the holes, the stick wasn’t long enough anyway. Then some picks shows the stick and some doesn’t. So what is the sticks functions?

Falls apart
This is the first weaving loom, in this size, that I’ve gotten. It was great, as long as there was something under it to keep it from slipping. Then, one of the pegs on the left side started falling out and the left arm of the loom would fall off and the loom falls flat. This is very aggravating, as it happened several times in a row. I thought about gluing it in, but can’t since it needs to move for the easel style to work and then fold flat.I wish items from Amazon would work like they’re intended to. It’s getting very frustrating buying and returning things.I can’t go from store to store looking for my craft items or I’d never get to start a project.
