I cook a lot of Asian cuisine, and oyster sauce is the mother sauce in wok cooking. It provides the umami, savory element that you may taste but don’t know how it is achieved. Most grocery stores sell oyster FLAVORED sauce. This is the real stuff, though, and it makes a huge difference.

Only problem is one of the bottles had a broken plastic cap and fungus grew fast even in fridge. So only got one bottle though paid for two.

Sometimes my local grocery store doesn't carry oyster sauce, and I get it here at Amazon. This is a good product and I would recommend it. I use oyster sauce frequently and this one is a good one!

I wasn’t able to use the item since it came with an open seal & leaked all over the bag.

The taste is powerful and off The charts! (I use 60% of this w 40% low sodium soy sauce and wow!! My mouth is watering) BUT this stupid plastic cap always breaks and then the mold. Both bottles I got had broken caps when they arrived and even in the frig they both got mold after just a few weeks 😢. Maybe if you can find it at a store unbroke!. I'll check back when they fix the lids! Too pricy for the hassle... Hope this helps

I love using this for my Thai basil fried rice! I ran out before I had gotten another bottle and my stir fry just want the same without it. I also love that it uses clean ingredients!
