How long does an application last?

If you don't touch it.. it might last a while. But if you rub it just once, it destroys the protection. Note I had used it on some Van shoes. Maybe a different material it might have lasted better.

If dirt gets on it can i wash it off with shoe shampoo without washing off the repellent? will shoe shampoo work on shoes sprayed with neverwet?

Dirt and mud really don't stick, I've washed mine off and some dirt kinda hangs on till washed. Over time you will have to reapply

does it keep white golf shoes from getting grass stains ?

It seems to reduce staining, but it is designed to shed water.

Would this work on a leather cuff (men's bracelet)?

I haven't used this product yet, but I am very knowledgeable about leather. If the cuff you're talking about is smooth, full grain leather, i would recommend using a leather balm/wax. If it's suede/nubuck/textured leather, I would recommend using a spray on or sponge applicator water repellent. The balm/wax and sponge on treatments WILL most likely darken the color of the leather though. So if you want to retain the color of the leather, I'd recommend a spray-on treatment. That said though, ALL leather gets darker with use, unless it's a dark brown or black color to begin with. And if your cuff is just genuine/split leather, don't waste your money on a water treatment because it will eventually fall apart
