LifeSpan E3i Elliptical Cross Trainer

Now owned this elliptical for 1 year and it is in really good shape and works well. The only complaints I have are that the balance feature stopped working the first month I had the unit. The second complaint I have is the noise the pedals make. It was dead silent when I first got the unit but now it makes a squeak with each stride. I have not located the cause of the noise and have tried to lubricate some obvious moving joints with no success. It is not terribly loud however, I can cover it with music our TV. I have lost about 20 lbs in the year of ownership and weigh about 270 now. Nothing seems to be loose and it never feels unstable so this is a sturdy piece of equipment.I'll warn you, it is easy to break some of the plastic components during assembly but it was nothing a little duct tape could not fix.

I ordered the cross trainer after a good deal of research. The product was delivered as expected and in good condition. Assembly was easy - in the interest of full disclosure I used a handyman. It feels solid and gives me a great workout. I'm very happy with purchase

It's ok.

I purchased this machine January 2016 but just today it has started displaying an error E7 and will not cut on.

It's a very good machine and would recommend to anyone who is interested.

I didn't buy this from amazon but from a fiitness store two years ago. Luckily I bought a 5 year warranty to go with it, my wife and I use it for about 20 hours per week. This week I got on and got started and 3 min in the metal plate that holds the track for the rollers snapped apart and broke leaving me with a huge paperweight until its fixed. Im 235 pounds over 100 from the max weight limit. I pray the repairman will have a reinforced plate. But I would look elsewhere if I were you.
