Q: This seems like a great idea but $40 for a lunch box? Plus accessories? Seems a bit bonkers ya?

I can't find lunch boxes that match up to this box. You don't need a lunch bag. If you get other lunch boxes $30 and with a quality lunch bag $20-30. That's not including utensils $10. This is just for cold packing lunch boxes. You should need to buy a thermos to pack hot food that's probably another $20. To find one that design for little kids to open easily and that can pack hot food... I think it's worth it.

Q: How can I request labels for lunch box? I tossed the card that came with the lunch box.

No it doesnt took that long to ship from my store

Nope, as long as you fasten it and not do it in front of your child I believe you'll be fine
