Q: Do the white shirts stay white when wet or do they go transparent like normal shirts?

The white arm on mine do not go transparent when wet but a full white top might be a little translucent. They are thick tops and quite stretchy so if its not too small for you, you might be ok.

Q: im 5ft9 and 77kg what size would you recommend for me, i take the medium size in aeroready addidas tops if that helps though that is not a compression

if compression is preferred, go for size M. mostly we recommend Large

Q: I’m 5’11” and 110kg, so will I need 3 xl? Just seems a bit excessive?

I would go for 2XL as the 3XL I have fits nicely on me and I’m 6ft and 130kgs+. They are very good value for money.
