I forgot how good bladderwrack works ! My thyroid has been going downhill for quite some time . I didn't know that this would help with that. It doesn't make you go to the bathroom. Whenever you go to the bathroom it helps it be more regular and soft. I take it once a day or just as needed. No side effects. Great! I noticed that lactose intolerance makes me constipated so I take this if I eat dairy and I don't have the stomach problems anymore. So glad for this.

I was excited to try this product since I have been diagnosed with Hashimotos and read this was good for people with thyroid conditions. I started taking it and within a week I had a huge acne breakout all over my chin and nose. I normally never get acne unless it is my time of the month. I am not sure if this is common or anyone else has experience this? Please help.
