Apropos Hand-Painted Vintage Style Egg with Rich Enamel and Sparkling Rhinestones Jewelry Trinket Box

Similar to their larger eggs Apropos' Faberge style eggs are very nicely made and detailed. The quality is much better than other products at a similar price point. The metallic paints used on these cast metal (zinc?) eggs are vibrant and beautiful compared to other manufacturers and really look great in daylight. The rhinestones are also of a decent quality and shine like crystal rather than plastic, not quite sure if they are actually glass or a good grade of acrylic. Despite the small size the cleanliness of the castings and the sharpness of the painted details is excellent. These are wonderful decorative objects which look every bit as good as the stock catalog photographs of them.

This was a gift for my sister. It was very well made and the picture does not do it justice.

Some of the diamonds were not in the slot that was meant for them. Sloppy glue job. But overall super cute and it was gift the person really liked.

When I received my shipment, I was so pleased with the speed of the transaction. My egg was more beautiful then what I saw on the net. I am extremely happy.

Very pretty, great price! Got it my myself but I'm sure it would make a lovey gift. Comes packaged in a nice box.

The color and detail

Looks nice but was missing one row of gems on one part. Not particularly noticeable so it's fine. Would have expected someone to notice the missing gems as it is supposedly"hand-painted" but still very pretty and good for the price .
