I need to use these drops two or three times daily, and I've seen no real difference between the quality of this and the Bausch & Lomb Muro except the price. The only difference between the two is the bottle... the Bausch and Lomb bottle is a bit easier to squeeze out a single drop, and this bargain brand bottle has a bit stiffer bottle, so occasionally get more than one drop. But with the muro costing over three times as much, this will do just fine.

I want to return it but I opened it and it’s too much Troublel and I wouldn’t even give Ita 1i burns my eyes out I nearly had to go to ER I’ve use drops before and they never bothered me. I will have to go back to the Ointment no I Did not put too much and I know how to use it I should at 82 years old has been using for years. I use a arrangement but this was cheaper and I never bought this brand. I need a cornea replacement which I won’t be getting because of my age.

Based on the price of comparable drops, I couldn't pass up the price. However, I'm concerned that I'm getting exactly what I paid for. The package showed up in your standard padded envelope. When I opened it, an overwhelming perfume smell wafted out. The plastic wrap was permeated with it. The drops were obviously stored with some sort of other product. This probably happened in the sea container as this morning I noticed on the back the drops say "Made in Korea". Since I don't have a scientific test lab, I can only assume these are FDA approved and actually contain a 5% sterile saline solution. But now the doubt of quality is in the back of my mind.

My mother-in-law was visiting and needed some of this stuff. I have no idea what it does or what it's for, but we saw it on amazon for way, way less than she could get it for at the drug store so we ordered it up. She was happy, and a happy mother-in-law is worth 6 stars if it was an option.

What a SAVINGS!!! Muro 128 is expensive one of them is more than the 3 you get with this deal!!! For those of you saying it burns... HELLO its sodium chloride it WILL burn! Its NOT saline or lubricating drops.. works great for my eye condition and I will definitely buy again it works just as good as Muro 128

I have a recurrent corneal erosion that when it acts up these drops seem to be the only thing that helps. It draws the water out so the layers can lay back down and reduce the irritation. It burns for a few seconds but goes completely away. When it takes away the other pain it's well worth it.

At the time I purchased these sodium chloride eye drops, very same drops cost 200% more at Costco. So now I have three, two to keep in a cool place until needed. The cost per bottle for the B&L version is about 700% more. A great value indeed.
