We are extremely happy with our decision to purchase this grill. A cooking manual would have been a good thing to include.The instructions were easy to navigate.The finished product is covered on our patio and has produced 8 out of the last 6 meals and we regret nothing.

Love this grill! We had never had a pellet grill before, so I was slightly apprehensive. But it was delivered perfectly by FedEx with not a scratch on the box. Everything was neatly packed and all space was utilized wisely. It has a feeder so there is little work to getting it going and the digital regulator keeps the temp exactly where you want it. We’ve been charcoal grill fanatics so changing was scary, but this grill makes it such a seamless transition! No more charred, over cooked food! My husband loves it and I’m happy to get food cooked thoroughly without it being burnt! Buy this grill!!!

Got it brand new and didnt even start! Took 4 hours to assemble, very heavy and I did all the work to find out it is not working. Now waiting for 4 days for the seller to answer and gave up but open a claim with Amazon. Manufacturer Z Grills same thing they don't answer or return calls. Awful! Dont waste your time and money!

Assembly by yourself is a little bit of a chore but it isn't that hard. I love this grill, it is easy to use and works great. Have smoked several items, and they all turned out great. It holds temperature well and is easy to clean. Works great, I would buy it again. Comes with the cover and everything you need except a brush to clean the grates. Turn it on and it fires right up, ready to cook on in no time. I will never go back to gas.

I love the way this cooks my food. Sometimes I would like a little more smoky taste. The clean up is so easy and I feel like I have a brand new grill again!

Well packaged! Easy to assemble. Great smoker/grill. User friendly. Cooked our steaks to the perfect temperature, doneness, and taste was superb. These were the juiciest steaks we’ve ever had. The temperature fluctuated during the cooking process and having a meat probe made a big difference.We wish that it had a sear option. But having the slide out ash tray makes up for that lacking feature.We couldn’t be happier with our purchase!!

The grill works well. The temperature does not hold specifically at the desired temperature well based on outside Temps. Definitely takes some nuance to learn. Overall satisfied in the product.

The lid came damaged but the seller is ordering a replacement. Other than that, the smoker is amazing! Made some beef short ribs and they were perfect! Really good smoke penetration and they tasted so good. The ash removal tray is nice and I love the storage underneath
