I opened the package and was met with a horrible smell, quickly realized the tortillas are moldy and falling apart. Tried to return but told “no refund “ for this product. This is unacceptable

Usually I buy these tortillas from Sprouts. They are delicious toasted. Sprouts was out of them so I ordered package of 4 from Amazon. ALL were rotten and moldy!!! Disgusting. Seller never answered phone.Seller is Greenwald Brands.

We usually love these tortillas. So much so that we spent a lot of money on these only to have them arrive completely moldy. We know to put them right in the fridge. This was upon delivery!

This works well for my wife who has allergy issues with both corn and wheat. They hold together better than some of the alternatives we have tried made from various vegetables.

I received the product yesterday and was getting ready to make quesadillas. I opened the package and there was green mold on the product. I opened all packages and all of the product had green mold. I could not find another place to report this. I will be pleased to have the product replaced and will update if that happens.

I have been enjoying these tortillas for many years. I eat them almost daily! My bad review is for the supplier. These were not packaged appropriately and are arrived with large spots of mold throughout and they are not returnable. I will not purchase again from this vendor.

All of the tortillas are defective. Either torn, undersized, flaking, strangely shaped, stiff and waxy, or some other oddity and inconsistency that would make them unsellable to regular outlets.At least the 2 packages i have opened so far, do not have the blue mold and unappetizing odor that other customers of this vendor have complained of.I was so looking forward to receiving them, even at this inflated price, but honestly, I will have a tough time making use of most of them.

These tortillas are very brittle and almost stale tasting. To get them to fold, you have to warm them up, and then very quickly fold while still warm. However, even once you get them folded, they become very brittle and fall apart. Not worth trying to eat.Also, very funny story. The package for this showed up 3 days early. It came in an unmarked box with only my name on it. No return address or any kind of indication whatsoever of what it was or who it came from. I tried looking up the tracking number, and nothing. It freaked me out because I had no idea what is was and of course the first thing that came to mind was a bomb (sounds dumb when I think about it now). So I called the Sheriff. He took it back to the station, they opened it for me, called me, and said it was a bunch of tortilla shells. I was so embarrassed. Thank goodness that everyone at the station was good humored about it!
