Dark tracks
Very nice solid one piece board. The track colors are a bit dark, making it hard to see the holes.

Durable nice weight less expensive than in stores .
This was a Christmas gift for my husband . He loved it . All his friends have wooden ones but they are not colored. He uses this almost ever night . Sturdy solid wood ! I saw some in stores but they were higher in price.

Not a 4 star, not a 1 star.
This is a basic board that gets the job done. The metal (yea) pins fit loose in the holes, but that’s better than pins that fit too tight. The coloring of the tracks is very dark which makes it hard to distinguish the holes. Maybe I need a brighter light but I’m not sure that would cure the problem. I’m thinking of light sanding the surface to make the holes stand out more. Also the 5 point dividing lines are hard to see because of the darkness of the track colors.This board is heavy and durable.

good cribbage board
this is a nice board. the metal pegs are sturdy. love the color of the wood and the colorful race stripes. the only small issue is the compartment door to hold the pegs falls out, but if you keep the pegs in the bag.the come in seems to work. fun game can play up to 3 people.

You get what you pay for.
The cribbage board arrived quickly which is what I needed as company was coming and I needed a board to use. My findings are slightly different than other reviewers here. I found the holes too big - so the pegs are very wobbly inside the holes, and a very slight bump to the table causes the pegs to fall out. All the pegs were warped (so all had a slight bend in them and none stood straight). The holes were drilled very deep (in the case where the the holes went over the storage compartment the holes were drilled completely through so can't use the pegs on the bottom of the board to count wins.The directions were the absolute worst I have ever seen for a game of cribbage. I understand that they were printed in China so there is bound to be some issues, but if you have never played cribbage before, you won't learn how to from these directions.The board itself was constructed well, sanded and varnished fine, and the paint job for the colors is good.

Disappointing exclusion: NO SKUNK LINE! Really, it's not cribbage without a skunk line. Jeez!!!
