I bought this remote before and worked wonderfully, unfortunatly my cat kept knocking it down and it broke, so I bought the exact same one and it will not work, I press the buttons over and over again and sometimes it works and most of the time it does not. I have paired it to my TV at least 1000 times, I just don't understand why the first one worked very good and this one is a dude.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My Samsung TV came with large remote with about forty tiny buttons. No other option from Samsung. This remote is perfect, small and very few buttons so easy to operate in the dark. Purhcased in August, 2024. And it stopped working in early February 2025 in sudden. It was good during it's 6 months life.

It looks almost the same as the one we had before except it doesn’t have the Samsung logo at the bottom and the volume and channel buttons are black not silver. I literally pointed it at the tv and it started working. It did need to be synched after a couple channels but the screen displayed that you need to hold the back button and the play button simultaneously and it was done. The only issue I have is the back panel comes off easy like the old one. I am getting a sleeve for it so that it will be easier to find so that won’t be a problem. It’s perfect. I’m buying another to stash just in case my kids break this one. Thank you.

Ordered October 6th and got over night delivery because remotes these days are getting smaller and smaller and they just get lost to the void as soon as you find them.I got tired of constantly searching for the remote and asking my kids FAM FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS HOLY WHERE IS THE REMOTE every five minutes.I ordered two for back ups.Opened this one, slapped some batteries in the thing and it worked immediately for my tv. It’s slightly thicker than the original remote to my tv so it doesn’t slide through the couch cushions as easily. So that’s a plus. Still small and gets lost, however I have another back up in a drawer waiting for that day lol.My son just brought the remote to me October 21st (that tells you how long I’ve had it) and showed me the power button fell out. 🙄🙄🙄I have a crawling 10 month old so now I have to scour every inch of the floors to find it so she doesn’t eat it.Awesome. 5 starts for Amazon sending it out over night, and the product working as it should. 3 stars for durability I guess. And 0 stars for the fact I now have to crawl around looking for something super tiny before the human vacuum finds it before me.Wish me luck.
