Great in the lab, but I actually use it in my kitchen. Large quantities of bread dough proof wonderfully in here. A full size sheet pan makes a great cover. We also have been known to marinate stacks of ribs, stash unfrosted cookies overnight, and soak cooking tools. Normally I don't mix my baking and cooking equipment but this bin cleans like a dream. So sturdy that I never work about weight or twist.

this is a very nice and of high quality. the size in the name is misleading , Bel-Art Polypropylene Sterilizing Tray; 21 x 15½ x 5 in. (H16264-0000) implies that the size is 21" x 15.5 " x 5 " The actual size IS listed in the description. Measures outside dimensions: 17-1/2" length by 12-1/4" width by 4-3/4" height my mistake not being more through.
