Q: Giddle is warped. i have only calaphon pots & pans. this griddle does not seem to be the same quality. the griddle is warping. why?

I gave this as a gift and have no complaints from my nephew. The only thing I can think of is if the hot griddle was put into cold water. Maybe you received a defective pan? Contact Calaphon directly, they are known for quality products.
