Great Quality Ramekins – Super Handy with Lids and Date Markers
I love these ramekins! The lids seal tightly to keep food fresh, and the built-in date marker is super handy. They bake evenly—great for crème brûlée and lava cakes—and clean up easily in the dishwasher. Plus, they stack nicely in my cabinet. Elegant, practical, and durable—highly recommend!

Nice quality for the price
Review for the 2.5 oz ramekins: Well glazed, no noticeable imperfections, good size for small rich desserts, dipping sauces or salsas. A dream to clean. They do stack, even 6 high, but I wouldn’t stack over 3 high because they could fall over if bumped. Great value for the price. Review for the 1.5 oz ramekins: Some imperfections in the interior of 1 ramekin. It feels like the inside bottom had a few tiny rough spots like small grains of sand that were glazed over. It’s annoying but won’t affect the performance. They actually appear to hold more than I imagined. Perfect for small amounts of dipping sauce for spring rolls or french fries, or to hold herbs and spices while cooking, or a small handful of nuts or candy. And they stack like the 2.5 oz ramekins. Overall pleased with these little guys, especially for the price.

Well made and useful
These are nicely made ramekins for their modest pice. They are an excellent size for holding small amounts of sauces, dips, condiments etc for a buffet etc. These would also be a good choice for a small quantity of a rich dessert such as a mousse, or creme boule. The style is simple and classic so it will fit in with a variety of table settings.

Well made and very versatile!
I already owned and love a couple butter dishes by Sweese so I jumped at the chance to try another product! These sleek, bright white beauties with gorgeous ribbing are a testament to their exceptional quality, durability, and versatility. From soups to delectable desserts, Sweese ramekins are the ultimate culinary companions. Today, I served a hot tomato soup with mouthwatering garlic bread grilled cheese on the side, perfectly complemented by the ramekins’ timeless charm. Sweese’s ramekins effortlessly elevate any dining experience, adding a touch of sophistication to your table. Unleash your culinary creativity and let these ramekins be your canvas of deliciousness!

8 oz. Perfect for œufs en cocotte!
$20 for this set was well worth it. We love œufs en cocotte (shirred eggs) and this size is perfect for them. The porcelain was well finished with no flaws and heavy enough without being too thick. They’d be a great classic for mini soufflés, crème brulée, panna cotta, or for molding mini terrines. I love everything made of Sweese porcelain because the quality is consistent and the price is right. To make a delicious low carb egg bake, try this. Get eggs to room temp either by putting in a bowl of warm water for a brief time (fastest way) or by allowing to sit out. Add a pat of melted salted herb butter, a tablespoon of heavy cream, and some dill, parsley, and a grind of pepper to each ramekin. Put one egg in each. Add a touch of shredded Gruyère if you enjoy cheese. Pop ramekins into a shallow bain-marie at 325F and bake until done to your taste. We use organic eggs which are smaller and like them less well done so 12 minutes usually does it. Enjoy!

Great kitchen item!
We originally purchased these to make creme brulee, but these can be used so many ways! I wish they would have arrived yesterday for my Cinco de mayo dinner-- perfect size for guac and things like that. These will for sure help our dinners feel nicer. Very excited to use them. The only thing I did not like is the fact that they do not stack evenly. I have them stacked in twos in our cabinet. Luckily, we have plenty of space, but if you needed more room it would have been nice to have a better vertical stack.

Great quality dish set. Great choice of color, perfect size, and it comes in a 6 pack. I would really recommend everyone get them this, great for the holidays coming up. They are microwave and oven safe too. The color is perfect and classy, holds up well, and great for so many different styles of dishes.
