Is this a full screen adhesive tempered glass?

No. No. No. This product as delivered in June 2020 only has the adhesive around the edge. Which is worthless.

Can water get under the screen protector?

No it can not. Screen protector only protects the screen, so water can still get under the actual screen. I use alcohol to clean the protector and it does not get under it at all.

How difficult to remove

Very easy, you just lift with your finger tip or nail and it peals off.
